| Abstract: | In Chinese modern times, the successful private universities have formed many managemental characteristics in the process of school running, inclnding practical school running ideas, rational establishment of courses and curriculum high-efficient management system, strict teaching and administrative systems, the expense preparation in an all-round way, thus providing a significent use for reference for developing private universities. |
