| 摘 要： | 文章分析了京郊农民面临的增收形势,探讨了组织化程度与农民收入的关系,指出组织化程度低下是影响农民增收的重要因素.论述了组织创新的机理和提高农民组织化程度的两种主要模式"公司+农户"和"公司+专业合作组织+农户",以及这两种模式未来的发展方向.

| Abstract: | This paper explores the situation of increasing farmers income in Beijing outskirts and the relationships between level of organization and farmers' income. The study shows that the low level of farmers' organization has serious adverse effects on farmers' income. The author analyzes the mechanism of organization innovation, and two modes of enhancing the farmers' self-organization: "enterprise+farmer", "enterprise+cooperative organization+farmer" and their further development in the future. |
