| 摘 要： | 探讨了技术全球化的内涵与性质 ,及其对中国高技术产业发展所带来的影响。认为我国高技术产业政策的制定应充分考虑技术全球化的时代背景 ,积极塑造新的竞争优势 ,树立全球视野的技术资源观 ,并要重视区域性产业聚集的作用 ,尤其是创新环境的营造。

| Abstract: | The globalization of technology is an important character of nowadays. This paper analyzes its content and nature as well as its influence on the development of Chinese high tech industry. The author argues that the policy making on Chinese high tech industry should give enough consideration on the globalization of technology, to build new competitive advantages, to set up a technology resource view from global perspective, to think highly of regional industry aggregation, especially of innovative milieu. |
