| 摘 要： | 从商业银行零售银行业务的概念、业务种类和发展进程谈起，揭示了我国商业银行零售银行业务发展目前所处的阶段及加速零售银行业务转型的现实意义，进而对国内商业银行零售银行业务转型存在的问题进行分析并提出相关措施。
