| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸（HCY）和血清铁蛋白（SF）与冠状动脉病变的关系。方法选择我院住院并进行冠状动脉造影的老年患者112例，对其进行HCY及SF检测，并结合冠状动脉造影结果进行统计学分析。结果冠心病组的血HCY和SF水平显著高于对照组（P〈0．01），除单支病变组的SF与对照组无显著差异外，其余冠状动脉病变组的血浆HCY和SF水平均高于对照组（P〈0．05），血浆HCY与冠状动脉病变支数相关（r=-0．448，P〈0．01），SF与冠状动脉病变支数相关（r=0．350，P〈0．01）。结论血浆HCY和SF与冠状动脉病变程度呈正相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate correlation between elevated plasma homocystein (HCY),serum ferritin (SF) and the severity of coronary artery lesion in old CHD patients. Methods 112 cases who had went coronary angiography in our hospital were included in this study. Plasma HCY and SF was measured before angiography in all subjects. Results Mean plasma HCY and SF was significantly higher in CHD patients than in controls(P<0.01). The number of stenosed coronary vessel was positively related to plasma HCY and SF level. Conclusion plasma HCY and SF level was correlated to extent of coronary artery lesion. |
