| 摘 要： | 人的全面发展是完善社会主义市场经济的本质要求，社会主义市场经济条件下人的全面发展具有双重效应：社会主义市场经济为人的全面发展创造了有利条件，具有积极的促进作用；但是社会主义市场经济对人的全面发展也会产生消极的负面效应。社会主义市场经济条件下促进人的全面发展的根本途径就是在科学发展观的正确指引下坚持以人为本，树立全面、协调、可持续的发展理念，促进经济社会和人的全面发展。
