| 摘 要： | 音乐是竞技健美操的灵魂。民族音乐在我国竞技健美操创编与表演风格、动作设计和节奏、表演情境和视听氛围中有重要的地位和作用,并已经产生了一定的影响。但是,民族音乐与竞技健美操成套动作创编的理念和风格必须相一致,所有音乐和动作及其节奏上须完美统一,并只有在听觉美与动作组合的视觉美融合为一体的时候,才能引起运动者、裁判和观众的审美共鸣。

| Abstract: | Music is the soul of competitive aerobics. National music plays an important role in competitive aerobics for its creating and performance style, action design and rhythm, performance situation and audio - visual atmosphere, which has produced certain effect. However, the idea of creating and style for national music and the whole set movement of competitive aerobics must be consistent and all music and movement and its rhythm should unify perfectly. Then, it can cause aesthetic resonance among activists, referee and audience the when hearing beauty and action of combination of visual esthetics fusion for the integration. |
