从2009年广西艺术体操裁判员培训班可以看出,广西艺术体操有一支年轻、高学历的裁判员队伍,主要集中在高校从事艺术体操或与其相关的专业教学队伍中。他们十分热爱艺术体操,参与裁判工作非常积极。但是,裁判员主要来自南宁、桂林、柳州三个城市,地区分布不均;缺乏培训机会、高水平比赛经验和专业运动经历;对裁判规则了解也不够深入,需要进一步熟悉规则和提高实践运用能力。
