邓小平的执政党建设理论探析

1956年 ,在党的八大上 ,邓小平提出 ,执政党必须力戒骄傲 ,自觉地接受来自各方面的监督 ;进入改革开放以后 ,他提出执政党必须加强思想路线、政治路线和组织路线建设 ,必须加强和改善党的领导 ;80年代末 ,当中国的改革开放和世界社会主义运动面临严峻考验的时候 ,他提出 ,要建设一个实行改革开放的 ,人民感到有希望的中央领导集体。上述理论观点 ,是当前加强执政党建设并推进改革开放的思想武器

DENG Xiao-ping's Theories of Building the Ruling Party

At the Party's Eighth National Congress in 1956, DENG Xiao-ping pointed out that the ruling party should try its best to guard against conceit and accept supervision from all sides self-consciously. After the reform and opening to the world, he advanced that the ruling party must reinforce the building of ideological, political and organizational lines so as to strengthen and improve leadership. Towards the end of the 1980s when China's reform and opening and the world's socialist movement were faced with a severe test, he proposed to establish a central leading group that stuck to the reform and opening policy and that gave the people hope. These theories are ideological weapons at the present for us to reinforce the building of the ruling party and carry forward the reform and opening to the world.
