| 摘 要： | 除国家《文后参考文献著录规则》中规定的必须注释的文献外，还应将范围扩大，坚持《著作权法》作品“不论是否发表，依照本法享有著作权”的精神和“凡引必注”的基本原则。这有利于学术规范的科学化，倡导学术研究的严谨作风。
