| 摘 要： | 征信信息制度是强化社会信用意识,规范市场秩序,促进社会道德良性发展的重要保障。征信制度作用的发挥需要建立在对被征信主体权利尊重的基础上。立足个人征信信息采集和被征信主体权利尊重的层面,探讨个人征信信息采集的实体公正和程序正当性,对个人征信信息采集中的诸多问题进行思考,都有助于科学合理的个人征信信息采集体制的构建。

| Abstract: | Credit information system ensures to strengthen social credit awareness,standardize the market order and promote the sound development of social morality.The credit system can be brought to a full development on the basis of respect for the right of credit subject.Based on the individual credit information collection and respect for right of credit subject,this paper has discussed substantive justice and procedural justice in individual credit information collection,and reflected on many problems existing in it,which will help to construct scientific and rational individual credit information collection system. |
