| Abstract: | On the basis that China will become a member of WTO, the thesis begins the discussion with the present situation that foreign capital merges domestic firms. And it then analyses various opportunities for the foreign capital to merge more domestic firms after the China's entry into WTO.At last, it puts forward some relevant counter measures in allusion to different problems in the process of merging. |
