| Abstract: | Power is one of keywords in international politics. However, there is debate over its concept. Power is characterized not only by privateness but also by publicness. It is resulted from the strength and its trnasformation. It includes two ways to function usch as coercion and approval. Extension, comprehensiveness, and intensity are its three special characteristics. |
