高校学报的质量,从一个侧面反映了编辑的业务素质和工作能力.站在编辑学的角度,编辑工作并不是每个有文化的人都能做得好的,仅为某学科的专家、学者或中文专业、具有高学历、高职称也是不够的.作为一个编辑,他必须认真学习、研究和掌握编辑学的基础理论和应用性技术,把握出版行业的规范和要求及相关技能,才能把学报办成贴近社会、贴近生活,具有独特个性、高品位的学报.

Strengthening the Quality of Editor and Raising Quality of theUniversity Journal

The quality of the university journal reflects,from one side,the Professional work quality and the ability of the editor. From the point of the editing science,not all the literates,such as the specialists or scholars of a certain science or the persons specializing in Chinses or with higher learning experiences and higher post,can do the editing work well.They must study earnestly,observe and master the basic theory and the applying techniques of the editing and grasp the standards,requirements and correlative technique of the editing business.Only in this way can they make the journal into one close to the society, and with its own special characteristics and of higher quality.
