| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展,旅游业受到了越来越多的关注,村镇旅游也随之兴起.海南省政府近些年也出台了一系列措施以此来加强和规范当地的旅游村镇建设.本文对海南旅游村镇建设过程中的成本控制现状进行了分析,指出了权责不相称等问题,并根据动态控制等原则,提出了旅游村镇建设时的若干成本控制措施.

| Abstract: | With the development of social economy, tourism industry has been more and more attentive, ru- ral tourism has arisen. The government of Hainan province also issued a series of measures to strengthen and standardize the local tourist village construction in recent years. The present situation of cost control in the course of the construction of Hainan tourism villages was analyzed to point out the problems such as accrual dispropor- tionate, and to put forward the several measures about tourism village construction cost control according to the dynamic control principle and so on. |
