| 摘 要： | 民办教育作为我国高等教育的一个重要组成部分,民办高校可持续发展关键是师资队伍的可持续发展。目前民办高校教师队伍建设还存在诸多问题。民办高校自身加强建设和管理,民办高校重视青年教师思想政治工作,政府转变职能、为民办高校的可持续发展提供优质服务,重视社会舆论的引导作用,是解决问题的必要途径。

| Abstract: | Teaching staff is a key factor in sustainable development of private universities as a chief component of higher education. But there still exist many problems with the teaching staff construction. Strengthening the construction and management of teaching staff, attaching importance to the ideological and political work of young teachers, transforming government functions to provide quality services for the sustainable development of private universities and focusing on the guiding roles of public opinion are essential approaches. |
