摘 要: | 本文针对自行租赁系统的网点布局规划及自行车数量分配问题,通过引入网点服务覆盖率因子和车辆分配满意度因子,以使所布局的网点服务覆盖率以及出行者对自行车分配满意度均达到最优为目标,建立双目标规划模型.针对建立的模型,设计了相应的差分进化算法来求解模型.最后,出一个具体算例对所提出的模型和算法加以验证.

Abstract: | On bicycle rental location layout planning and distribution of vehicles, the factor? of satisfaction? of vehicle distributing and service coverage rate is defined firstly in this paper. Then, a bio - objective model is propose, which is main to maximum the satisfaction? of vehicle distributing and service coverage rate at the same time. A differential evolution algorithm is designed to solve this model. Finally, the numerical example was used to analyze the effectiveness of the model and the algorithm. |
