基于温州打火机企业集群发展的民企竞争力提升研究

探讨技术创新、知识产权保护的相互作用机制及在企业集群中两者的相互作用对集群竞争力的影响,并结合温州打火机集群的发展历程加以证实。研究表明:以行业维权和专利为主的知识产权保护与各种创新在推动集群从初期发展到进入国际竞争舞台全过程中发挥了至关重要的作用。在集群企业未来发展以及在与国际大企业的竞争中,应重视技术提升与知识产权战略并举。

Study of Lifting the Competitiveness of Civilian-run Enterprises Based on the Collective Development of Cigarette Lighters Manufacturers in Wenzhou

The paper discusses the interactive mechanism between technical innovation and protection of intellectual property right and the influence of the interaction in enterprise groups upon the collective competitiveness,and proves it in accordance with the developmental process of the cigarette lighters manufacturer groups in Wenzhou.The study shows that the protection of intellectual property right with the safeguard of industrial rights and interests and patents as the main content,together with various technical innovation,played an essential role in the whole course of propelling the groups from their initial development to the entry into the international competition arena.Attention must be paid to both the technical upgrading and the strategy of intellectual property right in the future development of the enterprise groups and in their competition with international giant enterprises.
