| Abstract: | Cultural consciousness is the understanding consciousness of culture＇s position and effect, the follow consciousness of the objective law of culture construction, and the consciousness of promoting the culture＇s development historical responsibility. It is closely related to people-oriented. At this stage, we should aware and understand people-oriented from the level of cultural consciousness, and adhere to and implement people-oriented based on the cultural consciousness. |
