“安倍经济学”的构想与困境

安倍政府竭力推崇所谓的"安倍经济学",希望以此扭转日本经济的长期颓势。但日本经济的增长乏力以及国内外经济发展的强烈对比,造成安倍经济学带有浓重的悲观主义色彩。受其影响,强烈的通胀导向性成为安倍经济学的重要特征之一,而强烈的政治主导性和严重的对美政策偏向也成为其主要特征。与此同时,尽管安倍政府为构建安倍经济学付出了巨大努力,但日本经济仍面临着重大的现实困境,原本的倍增计划变成"倍减经济"。

The Ideas of Abenomics and Its Plight

Abe administration strongly advocates the so-called ＂Abenomics＂, hoping to reverse the long-term downturn of Japanese economic. However, sluggish growth of Japanese economic and the gap between domestic and global economic jointly make the so-called ＂Abenomics＂ doom to be a pessimistic term. Influenced by that, ＂Abenomics＂ is quite inflation-oriented and the exchange rate of Japanese yen becomes the core pointcut of its governance on economic recession. Besides, political dominant position and policies biased in favor of the US also characterize the ＂Abenomics＂. Meanwhile, although Abe administration has made great efforts in establis- hing the ＂Abenomics＂, the Japanese economy is confronted with practical difficulties.
