| 摘 要： | 人们在关注企业核心员工的财富创造能力的同时，往往忽视了企业外围员工的价值，更少顾及针对外围员工的管理方式的思考。事实上，企业外围员工对企业经营的成败具有不可或缺的作用。所以，弄清楚外围员工的范围、特征，并探寻适合其特征的管理方式，对于发挥外围员工的作用是有积极意义的。
