摘    要:建立和完善人才评价和使用机制,是做好新形势下人才工作的一项重要任务。人才评价的基本原理主要包括个体差异原理、思维的模糊性原理、事物的可测性原理以及测评的一致性原理等。在当今飞速发展的经济社会中,加强人才评价工作意义重大。

Abstract:It is an important task to establish and improve the mechanisms for the appraisal and employment of personnel in the current situation with regard to the work of talented personnel. The basic principles for personnel appraisal mainly include the following ones such as the theory about individual diversity,the fuzzy theory about thinking,the theory about the measurability of matters, and the theory about the consistence of measurement. Today, with the fast development of economic society, it is of great significance to improve the work of personnel appraisal.
