| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作应该以"三个代表"重要思想为指导,结合实际,与时俱进.本文分析了当前思想政治工作所存在的问题,并结合高校基层党总支工作实际,对如何发挥基层党组织在学校工作中的地位与作用,增强思想政治工作的实效性,从而进一步增强基层党组织的活力和战斗力作了积极的探索.

| Abstract: | Ideological and political work should always take"Three Represent"as its guideline,taking full consideration to the reality,and of course,keeping pace with the time.After giving a careful analysis of the present problems in the field of ideological and political works,the author of this article is trying to give some suggestions to the primary organizations CPC on how to give full play of these organizations in the working procedure of colleges and universities; how to up-level the position and function of CPC primary organizations in the daily work of campus;how to strengthen and achieve actual effect in ideological and political work. |
