| 摘 要： | 广西师院建院47年,现存档案约一万卷.由于历史或人为的原因,我院档案及档案工作存在着门类结构不合理、内容单一、不同历史阶段的档案存量不均、质量不高、档案工作手段落后等问题,本人认为,以法治档、健全各项制度、优化案卷质量,加强档案的现代化管理,在此基础上加大档案的开发利用力度是我院档案工作发展的必由之路.

| Abstract: | Since the founding of Guangxi Teachers College 47 years before,we've kept in archives as many as about 10,000 volumes.For some historic reasons and man_made factors,quite a few problems exist in the archives management.The problems include the improper structure of categories,the singleness of the contents,the disparity in the amounts of the archives in different periods,low quality,and the backward means of the archives management.From my point of view,to improve archives management,we must manage the archives lawfully,improve the management system,optimize the quality of the archives,modernize management,and on the basis of these make full exploitation of the archives. |
