| 摘 要： | 庭审过程中律师使用的语言策略主要包括"三步描述型策略"、"含蓄型策略"、"重复型策略"和"对比型策略"四种类型;其传递的意向含意为:质疑证人证言的可信度和矛盾性,以期达到使法官和庭审人员明白事实真相的目的。
