改革开放以来，中国社会利益格局发生了重大变化，人们的利益意识开始觉醒，个体利益主体地位凸显，利益分配和利益关系形式日趋多样、复杂。而社会中的较大获利者群体、一般获利者群体、较少获利者群体、无获利或利益受损者群体的社会信任水平差异明显，给中国社会稳定埋下了隐患，需要我们妥善处理各群体的利益冲突，增强他们的社会信任程度，从而构建起社会主义和谐社会。
