| 摘 要： | 如何正确认识古代的“中国”是涉及我国古代民族关系史的一个重要理论问题。对于古代与中原政权并立的民族政权哪些可算做中国,学术界大体分为“上溯法”和“下叙法”两大派,至今无法达成共识。我国先民们对“天下”、“国家”、“中国”的认识,同现代的观念有很大的差别。如果从现代法理意义上的主权国家理念去解释中国古代的邦国问题,把古代的“中国”与现代法理意义上的中国等同起来,并在此基础上去解释历史上各民族政权与中国的关系,那么必将陷入进退失据的窘态。

| Abstract: | To make an exact understanding of ancient "China" is an important issue concerning the theories of ethnic relationship.Which Kaiser Dom can be titled as "China" among all the ethnic regimes in Chinese history? There are two different answers to it in academia.Big contrast should be attended to the cognition of "world","country" and "China" between our ancestors and modern people.It is not proper to equate ancient states in China and sovereignty based on the principles of modern jurisprudence.It would be confused to comment on the relationships among all the ethnic regimes in ancient China. |
