战后初期中国经济恢复与重建的若干问题

抗战胜利后 ,中国经济面临着恢复与重建的艰巨任务 ,其间包括解决土地分配、国家资本和通货膨胀等问题。但此一恢复与重建过程为时甚短 ,随着内战重起 ,国民党军事由盛而衰 ,其统治区日渐缩小 ,正常的经济活动已很难进行 ,更无论发展了 ,国民党没能把握国内人民望治心切的历史契机 ,内战成了战后中国经济恢复与重建中的种种困难的根本原因

Some Issues Concerning Economic Restoration and Reconstruction in Post-War China

After the Anti Japanese War, China was confronted with the arduous task of economic restoration and reconstruction involving such issues as land distribution, state capital and inflation. But the restoration and reconstruction did not last long as a new civil war broke out in China. As the Kuomintang deteriorated militarily and its controlled area gradually dwindled, it was extremely difficult to carry out normal economic activities, not to speak of economic development. The Kuomingtang failed to share people's wish to bring about peace and prosperity, but started the civil war. This underlies all the difficulties in China's economic restoration and reconstruction.
