| 摘 要： | 阐述了元决策的完整概念和内容,着重指出元决策是对决策体制、决策组织、决策目标以及决策程序进行的规划与设计,元决策与具体的决策形成了2层结构,对决策的科学化与民主化会起到有力的支持作用。重点叙述了元决策对决策的组织、决策的总原则、决策的步骤所作的考虑,以及元决策和知识管理的关系。

| Abstract: | The comprehensive concept and contents of meta decision-making(MDM) was described.It was emphasized that MDM is a plan and design for the system,organization,goals and procedure of decision-making.A twolevel structure for decision-making consists of MDM and a practical decision,which would facilitate scientific and democratic decision-making.Thinking about organizing,general principles and steps of decision-making was given.The relation between MDM and knowledge management was also described. |
