| 摘 要： | 新时期大学生认知的自主性、情感的丰富性、行为特点的独特性要求德育工作必须要有新的方法。文章尝试将心理教育方法中的共情、尊重、积极热情、真诚运用到德育工作中,认为通过两者结合,才能更好地提高学生的思想政治素质,才能保证德育工作的有效进行。

| Abstract: | Due to the cognitive autonomy,rich emotion and unique behavioral attribute of the new period college students,the moral education needs a new approach.Empathy,respect,enthusiasm,sincerity of psychological education should be applied to moral education,and only through combination of both,the ideological and political quality should be improved and the effective conduct of moral education should be ensured. |
