整形美容外科技能训练中心的设立与教学探索

整形美容外科是一门实践性很强的学科,其基本的专科技能及原则需在不断的反复实践和训练中才能获得并逐步加强。为了配合临床医疗教学的改革,加强实践在临床医疗教学中所占的比重,我院设立了整形美容技能训练中心。为实习生、研究生及本院低年资住院医师提供基本的临床技能培训和模拟手术操作训练,使得他们的动手能力和基本功都得到了加强,取得了良好的临床教学训练效果。
