赤峰市部分老龄居民家庭药箱抽样调查结果分析

目的:调查赤峰市部分社区老龄居民家庭药箱的构成情况、用药行为和药箱的管理情况,为医药学专家设计有针对性的公众健康教育主题和卫生行政部门的管理和决策提供参考。方法:以调查问卷形式,了解居民家庭药箱情况。结果及结论:居民家庭药箱备药较充分,可以应对常见病和突发疾病,居民购药科学性和自我药疗水平较前明显提高,对用药问题解决的合理性也明显提高,但居民在药品存放、正确使用和药箱管理中仍然存在很多不足,需要加大进社区宣传和咨询的力度,提高居民安全用药水平。

Analysis on the Results of Family Medicine Chest Sampling Survey of Some Elderly Residents in Chifeng City

To investigate the composition of family medical kit, drug utilization behavior and the management of medical kit of elderly residents in some communities of Chifeng City. Which provides reference for medical experts to design the subjects of public health education and health administrative department in management and decision-making. METHODS: A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect the data to know about something of family medical kit. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: There are enough medicines to treat common diseases and sudden illness in medical kit. The level of science drug purchase and self-medication practices has significantly improved. The rationality of solving drug problems has been significantly improved, too. However, there are many deficiencies in the storage of medicines, proper medication and management of medical kit. In order to improve the level of drug utilization safely, community advocacy and consultation should be strengthened.
