| 摘 要： | 魏晋上承秦汉,下启隋唐,在汉唐制度文明的演进过程中扮演了极其重要的角色。其时政制、律令多有革故,亦不乏鼎新,并以法律儒家化为其标榜,发展为隋唐制度之渊,是隋唐达到中华法制高峰的基石。魏晋法律文化有着传承、解放、独立三个特质,正是受当时学术分野所影响,也是魏晋文化的风度与风流所造就。将魏晋法律文化置于其时文化大环境,特若学术环境而言,更能考察在整个社会巨变背景下,魏晋法律文化作为魏晋文化的一个因子,是如何与其时历史发展密切关联并交互影响,又如何丰富魏晋文化的内涵。

| Abstract: | Wei-Jin Dynasty,which forms a connecting link between Qin-Han Dynasty and Sui-Tang Dynasty,has played the extremely important role in the process of civilization of Han-Tang dynasty.At that time,the political system and decree was innovative and it also laid the foundation for Chinese legal peak in Sui-Tang Dynasty.Legal culture in Wei-Jin Dynasty has three characteristics： inheritance,liberation and independence.These characteristics are influenced by academic distinction at that times.This paper studies legal culture in Wei-Jin Dynasty how to closely interact with the history development and how to enrich its culture connotation. |
