| 摘 要： | 抗战时期由于战争、灾害等原因,在全国普遍存在难民、灾民以及鳏寡孤独等。针对以上群体的存在,国民政府以及中国共产党的边区政府都采取了积极的社会救助政策。本文探析了抗战时期中国共产党在陕甘宁边区施行的社会救助政策;中共陕甘宁边区的社会救助政策取得了显著成效,这些社会救助经验对当今的社会救助工作仍有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | During the period of anti-Japanese war,because of the war and disasters,many of refugees,victims,widows,widowers,and orphans can be seen everywhere.Aimed at those people,both the government,which is organized by the Republic of China,and the border regional government,which is organized by the Communist Party of China,take active social salvage policies.This article analyzes those policies,and concludes that those social salvage policies were very effective at that time and even we can use it for reference now. |
