| 摘 要： | 华盛顿宪法思想可以作多角度分析：积极成果在于以人类本性为理论基点,以人民权利为核心内容,以国家利益为目标指向,以宪法至上为根本保证;时代局限包括有神论的成分和唯心主义的色彩,对奴隶制度和资产阶级特殊利益的维护,外交政策的实用主义隐患和倾向;历史地位表现为对美国发展的巨大推进,对资本主义宪政的示范功能,对马克思主义与社会主义国家的复杂影响,在人类未来进步中的不断扬弃。

| Abstract: | George Washington＇s thoughts on constitution can be analyzed in many ways.Its positive parts are taking human nature as the basic point,the people＇s rights as the core,state interests as the goal and the constitution above all as the assurance.Its limitations include the composition of theism and the flavour of idealism,defence for slavery and bourgeois interests,and the trend and hidden peril of pragmatism in foreign policy.Its historical status lies in propelling the United States forward,setting an example of capitalist constitutionalism,bringing about complicated influence on Marxism and socialist countries,and being sublated in human progress in the future. |
