| 摘 要： | 世纪之交，当教育因其自身应有的功能而为２１世纪的国际竞争准备人格基础时，已经明显地感到，高校德育如果仅仅侧重于政治思想方面是远远不够的，应当在高校德育领域增立一种新的教育目标，这就是：以塑造一代具有正确的价值观、科学的理性精神和健全人格为目标的“人格教育”的思想
