| 摘 要： | 农业上市公司为我国农业企业的发展起着示范作用，从实证分析层面研究其经营绩效有利于真实反映其经营水平，为管理决策提供有效信息。运用熵权法对2006-2008年农业上市公司经营绩效进行评价，通过对评价指标进行客观赋权，比较分析了股权分置改革后的农业上市公司经营绩效。研究结果表明：农业上市公司三年间经营绩效水平不平衡，部分公司绩效值波动较大，部分公司快速成长的绩效并非来源于农业主业，予行业之间经营绩效值差异较大。并针对实证分析结果提出了促进农业上市公司有效成长的相关建议。

| Abstract: | The listed agricultural companies are the leading enterprises for the development of Chinese agricultural enterprises. To study their business performance empirically is beneficial to the actual reflection of the operation level and can provide effective information for the management. This paper evaluates the performance of the listed agricultural companies from 2006 to 2008 using entropy method, through empowering the evaluation index objectively. The result shows that the business performance of these companies is uneven, the fast - growing performance of some companies does not come from the core business： agriculture, and large differences exist in sub - sectors. Suggestions are proposed for the effective promotion of these companies. |
