| 摘 要： | 节约型社会通过形成节约型的增长方式和消费模式,以资源的高效利用和循环利用,促进经济社会可持续发展。工业生态化要求通过资源充分循环和能源高效利用,来实现经济与环境兼容、人与自然和谐共处的可持续发展目标。本文阐述了工业生态化的理念、节约型社会的本质,浅析了工业生态化与节约型社会建设的关系。

| Abstract: | In the energy-saving society the sustainable development of the economic society is promoted by forming the energy-saving growth pattern and consumption mode and effectively utilizing and recycling resources. Industry ecology requires that the sustainable development goal of compatibility of economy with environment and harmonious coexistence of human with nature by fully recycling resources and efficiently utilizing energy. This paper discusses the idea of industry ecology, the essence of energy-saving society, the relationships of industry ecology with the building of the energy-saving society. |
