| Abstract: | Applying for Master's Degree with same educational level on the job is a significant reform and innovation in the work of conferring academic degree and a new way in cultivating high level personnel through various channels. It's also an important component of non full time continuing graduate education in China. The article discusses the qualification confirmation, training management and graduation oral examination and so on in it. |
