| 摘 要： | 科学发展观作为统领国家发展全局的指导性理念,与以往发展观念相比,其独特内容是其表达和实施当中体现出的人文关怀思想。科学发展观强调以人为本,促进人在发展中与自然、社会、自我的和谐,彰显出社会主义社会中人全面自由发展的理论基础和现实路径,也突显出治国理念的人文关怀思想。

| Abstract: | Compared with the previous development ideas, national scientific development concept, as the guiding philosophy of the overall development, is characterized with humanistic care ideas in its unique content and implementation. Scientific concept of development is people--oriented, aims to promote human＇s harmony with the nature, society and themselves, highlights the theoretical basis and practical path of the full and free development of human socialist society, and the governing ideas of humanistic care thoughts. |
