城市居民与农民工群体交错污名研究———以郑州市A建筑集团农民工与B区社区居民为例

污名作为贬抑的标志,不仅造成社会排斥与社会交往矛盾,更是社会文明发展的绊脚石.近年来,针对精神疾病、肥胖、边缘群体等的污名化进行了广泛的研究,污名化问题也成为了考察群际关系与人际关系的一个重要维度.以农民工与城市居民两大群体为研究对象,选取共计120名被试,分别通过外显测量及内隐测量的方式考察两大群体间的污名现状,探讨是否存在交互污名现象.结果表明,农民工群体对城市居民群体有着外显污名化的倾向而内隐污名效应并不显著;相反,城市居民对农民工群体的外显污名较为缓和而仍存在较为显著的内隐污名.

Exploration on the Mutual Stigma between Urban Residents and Rural Migrant Workers

Stigma, as a symbol of abasement, not only causes social exclusion and contradictions, but also hinders the development of social civilization. Studies on stigmatization have expanded to facial deformity, mental disease, obesity, mar- ginal groups etc. and stigmatization has become an important dimension to investigate the intergroup and interpersonal re- lationship. This research selected 120 rural migrant workers and urban residents as subjects and adopted explicit and im- plicit measurement respectively to explore the status quo o{ the stigmatization of the two groups, and whether there exis- ted interaction between them. The results show that the migrant workers group has a tendency of explicit stigmatization to urban residents group and the implicit stigmatization effect is not significant; however, the explicit stigmatization which city residents group shows to migrant workers group is softer and there still exists a relatively significant implicit stigmati- zation effect. The findings will help us to further explore the intergroup relationship between the two groups.
