中国传统社会政治发展的三重制度结构探究

中国传统二元化社会政治结构表现为社会的基础结构、治理结构和演化结构。基础结构表现为特权阶层与非特权阶层之间的相互依存性和竞争替代性,具有内在不稳定性与外在稳定性特征;治理结构表现为政治权力的运行结构、以民间社会资本积累为基础的政治经济发展结构、以家庭与宗族等原始社会组织为基础的政治伦理结构、以传统历史文化表象为基础的政治文化认同结构;演化结构表现为多元化的生态发展趋势。

On Three Institutional Structure of Chinese Traditional Social and Political Development

In this paper, the dualization social and political infrastructure, governance structure and its evolution trend are analyzed. In infrastructure part, interdependence and competition alternative between the privileged and the unprivileged are mainly analyzed, which reveals the internal unstability and external stability and its social cost of the duality of politi- cal base structure ; In governance structure, such aspects are emphatically analyzed as the characteristics of concentric circles of political power structure, political and economic development on the basis of the accumulation of civil society capital, political ethics based on the original social groups like families and clans; In evolution structure, the diversity of ecological development is analyzed.
