城乡基层治理中地方政府合法性危机研究

目前,我国的现代化进程中经过了多年积累,基层社会充满了活力与持续发展的后劲,在全球面临严重经济危机时刻中国的经济发展仍然保持着强劲的发展势头,不免在国内外学术界、舆论界"中国模式"都成为大家津津乐道的话题。近几年的一些事件也似乎显示了我国地方政府公信力下滑,而且越往基层政府的公信力越令人担忧,这个问题的本质就应是地方政府所面临的合法性危机日趋加深。对于城乡基层治理中地方政府合法性问题做具体分析。

On Legitimacy Crisis of Local Government in Urban and Rural Grassroots Governance

Chinese society is full of vitality and power of sustainable development after many--year accumulation of mod ernization and the economy has strong tendency of great development in global economic crisis, so the ＂ China mode＂ has become a hot topic in academic circles at home and abroad. However, there is a decline in the credibility of local govern- ments in China, the essence of which is the legitimacy crisis of the local government. This paper made concrete analysis on the legitimacy of urban and rural grass--roots governance of the local government.
