| 摘 要： | 通过新型农民、职业农民、新型职业农民概念的比较,提出新型农业从业人员即新"新型农民"(简称新型农民)的概念,新"新型农民"是随着社会发展,分工分化成长壮大的各种新类型的农业从业人员。在界定概念的基础上,探讨了新型农民的类型、农业专业化、农民职业化、新型农民首先实现区域、新型农民培养对象和土地租赁或者自有等热点问题,最后指出新型农民的发展要尊重农民和基础的自主性。

| Abstract: | Based on the comparison of new farmers, professional farmers, new professional farmers, this paper defines a new--type agricultural worker as ＂ new new--type farmer＂ . The new ＂ new new--type farmer＂ are new types of agri- cultural workers who appear and develop gradually in agricultural division with the social development. The authors focus on the type, specialization, professionalization of the new type farmer. |
