皋兰县什川镇休闲农业发展研究

大力推进休闲农业发展,有助于调整农业产业结构,有助于加快现代农业的发展。甘肃省皋兰县什川镇在自身丰富的自然资源和有利的区位优势条件的带动下,充分响应国家政策,积极发展休闲农业。由于什川休闲观光农业园处于起步阶段,自然资源类型相对单一,基础设施建设不配套,农民文化素质偏低,经营管理服务滞后,资源规划不科学,品牌意识模糊,休闲旅游主题不明确,政府扶持力度不够,社会引导机制欠缺等诸多问题逐渐在发展中暴露出来。这些问题如果不能及时的解决,势必会影响什川休闲观光农业经济的可持续发展。所以必须采取抓住市场机遇迎合观光者需求,发展基础设施建设,加强人员技能培训,提高经营管理水平,科学合理规划,打造什川休闲农业特色乡镇,加大政府投入力度,多方渠道筹措资金等各种行之有效的方法解决开发利用中存在的问题,为兰州市的农业、旅游业及社会经济发展起到促进作用。

Study on Leisure Agriculture Development in Gaolan County

Leisure agriculture development is helpful to adjust agricultural industry structure and speed up modern agriculture development. Shichuan town of Gaolan county in Gansu Province tend to develop leisure agriculture with its rich natural re- sources and favorable location advantages. However, there are many problems in its development such as single natural resource, unmatched infrastructure construction, farmerglow quality, lagging operation, management and services, unscientific planning, obscure brand consciousness, unclear tourism theme, the governmenfs insufficient support, lack of social guide mechanism. The author made suggestions as follows： meet the demand of tourists, develop the infrastructural construction, strengthen the profes- sional training , improve the management level, plan scientifically and reasonably, increase the government investment, raise funds by various sources, thus promoting agriculture, tourism and economy in Lanzhou.
