河南劳务品牌建设的模式与对策研究

摘    要:随着区际劳动力的大规模流动,劳务经济已成为劳动力资源富余地区政府发展地方经济的助推器。劳务也是商品,也应该有自己的名称、标志,应该有商品的质量与名称标志相一致的质量保证体系。如同优质产品在市场上竞争力强大一样,社会认可度高的劳务品牌也能在劳务市场上赢得先机。创建一个叫得响的劳务品牌,能让农民在品牌包装下获得更多的就业空间。对劳务品牌的内涵、命名及作用进行了阐述,并结合实例,以河南为例分析了劳务品牌在发展河南经济中的作用。

Abstract:As the interregional labor flow on a larger scale, labor service economy has become the accelerator for governments with redundant labor resource to develop local economy. Labor service can be defined as a kind of merchandise, so it needs a name, a label and a system which consisted with its quality and brand. As the high--quality products are more competitive in market, so do labor service with high social approval in labor market. Therefore, a well--known brand is helpful for creating more employment chances for farmers . This article elaborates on the connotation, naming and function of labor service brand with a living example labor service brand in Henan.
