新农村视域下大学生农村创业现状及对策研究

在建设社会主义新农村的背景下,鼓励和引导更多的大学毕业生到农村创业成为缓解就业压力、向农村输送高素质人才、加快社会主义新农村建设的有效途径。立足于大学生农村创业工作的政治背景、社会背景和观念背景,以大学生农村创业现状及存在问题为切入点,阐述了国家、农村及大学生等三个层面各自存在的问题,并从内外两个大的层面深入分析问题产生的原因,具体体现在国家相关政策缺少操作性、资金扶持力度不够、社会观念存在偏见、农村总体落后以及大学生知识结构不合理、创业观不坚定、缺少相关培训和创新精神等方面,并以此为依据,从国家、社会、高校及大学生自身等多层面努力,研究对策,探析做好大学生农村创业工作的新路径。

Analysis on New Countryside and Rural Entrepreneurship of College Students

In the background of building new socialist countryside, to encourage and guide more university graduates to join in rural entrepreneurship has become an effective way to alleviate the employment pressure, to supply high quality rural talents, to speed up the building of a new socialist countryside. Based on political, social and conceptual background and current situation, this paper elaborates existing problems of the rural entrepreneurship for college students from national, rural and college students＂ level. It also analyzes the causes of the problems from the inside and the outside.
