| 摘 要： | 研究生资助体系是实施研究生教育成本分担制度的重要组成部分。高校在建立和健全研究生资助体系的过程中,须厘清资助体系内部要素之间以及资助体系与外部要素的关系,从自身实际出发,着眼于研究生培养的质量与竞争激励机制,因校制宜;兼顾效率与公平;坚持管理科学透明化、评选程序科学易行、评选过程公平、公正、公开。
