| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来我国高等教育管理体制的变迁大体经历了“寻利”、“寻权”和放权三个阶段 ,正朝着一个理性、正确的方向发展 ,但还是远远落后于经济与社会体制的变迁。新时期高等教育管理体制创新的基本走向将是不以人的意志为转移的分权。

| Abstract: | Since the policy of reform and opening was put into practice,China's higher education management system has gone through three stages from "seeking profits" to "seeking powers" and "transferring powers",now it is developing to a more realistic and better stage.The changes in higher education management system are still far slower than that in economy and society.Tomorrow dividing powers will definitely be the general innovating direction of China's higher education management system. |
