| 摘 要： | 我国的土地征用制度产生于计划经济时期，但在经济社会发生了若干变化的今天，征地制度仍基本保持了原有的做法，并暴露出诸多问题。笔者认为，为促进社会经济的发展，建设和谐社会，保持社会的安定团结，有必要对我国农村征地制度进行系统而深入的分析研究，以促使农村征地制度的改革与完善。
